Rajačke pimnice - Stone village where the wine sleeps

Many wine cellars of brick, stone and wood keep the secret of wine making and a few centuries back in the village where nobody but wine lives any more.

Rajačko wine. The smell of grapes, taste of fruits. Sometimes you could try it in France and today only in this beautiful area of Negotinska krajina.

A lot of sunny days, fertile land and hospitable people adorn this little village where the glasses are washed with wine, not water. This unique cultural and historical monument is under state protection.

Once they said "if all plugs on Rajac wine barrels would open up, river Timok would be filled with wine instead of water."
